Please keep in mind I'm a High School student taking AP classes and have a personal life, so I'm not able to no-life making a game but I'm very reachable even when I'm not working!

I'm using Unity myself because it's easiest for me to use for VR development.

I don't see any reason why you can't build to android, there's the limitations of the device, but that's just part of the process.

I'm going to have to go with my gut and say, no Roblox is probably not valid for this game jam, though maybe someone knows better than me
