as far as i know it's a limitation of a mechanic, so like your game would have different gameplay if the limitation wasn't there

I'm thinking about making a somewhat complex game, but I'd probably need to look at a tutorial or two. Would I be allowed to use these, even if they're altered to fit my game's needs?
