Yes, on the Android version (I haven’t played it on Windows or any other platform). The game seems to have a problem with this section. At first, I thought I couldn’t get past it because of my phone’s hardware, so I tried several different settings—highest graphics, lowest possible graphics, and so on. The game crashed every single time. Eventually, I realized that the issue is actually with this specific section of the game.

The game still crashes when I get to the Queen and kicks me back to the home screen.

To unlock that, you have to go to the top of the mountain during one of Annie’s expansion stages. I don’t remember exactly which one. Just search the game’s name along with “lock guide” in your browser, and you’ll find some YouTube videos where someone has uploaded guides for all of them.
