I've been trying to download the censored game onto my mac but it won't allow me to play it, even after I let the System Preferences allowed it to. because it's from an unidentified developer.  So what should I do now? I paid for this and I don't want to become a patron when it's so close to the end of the month. 

RE: I did some extra work and used Finder to access the and CTRL-Clicked the app and now it's working. Thank goodness! =D

I'd say a 4 at least, nothing too heart-stopping. The most you'll get is probably creeped out by some of the visual stuff and a few of the endings but it's not too scary imo.
