It's a fun concept but a bit too complicated. The only improvement I think my understanding permits me to suggest is that maybe you shouldn't have to do all 3 links for each bestagon before it begins functioning.

As in you can't run it or you can't download it? If you can't run it, you may have to unblock it in properties.

It moves out of the way once you defeat all the enemies. I should've made this clearer.
