I have a Pixel 9. I just downloaded the latest version. When I try to continue from the last version I get a screen saying "an exception has occured". I tried various save points from the past & all are the same.
I have a google pixel 9. The game got glitchy, then suddenly stopped opening up. I get to the screen that says "game is preparing to start", once it hits 99% it goes to my app list on my phone, the game doesn't start.
Apparently it's not the "the66" thats the issue, but I don't know what is. I don't seem to have that file & can't create it. I love the game & would hate to call it quits now.
I have a Pixel 6 & have not been able to open the past few updates. The file it tells me to create, my phone says I can't. My phone doesn't recognise the ".the66" part of the file name.
I love the game. However I use a Pixel 6 with Android, the last 2 updates do not work. I tried different ways to install, the most recent update has instructions when I try to open the game, but they do not work either.
I had to track it down. Where I downloaded the game from still has the older version. After finding it & messing with it to open on my fine, it works. Thanks
I'm using an Android system. I'm still early on in the game. I will be honest I'm not much of a gamer. I have 2 points that freeze up, 1 is when trying to talk to the Nun, the 2nd is when dealing with Lilys ex at the bar. I suspect that is a point I need to get past for game progression. Nothing else is progressing in the game.
I love the game but the options menu is terrible on my phone. I have a pixel 6. Trying to use the menu to save my progress is so glitchy. I just lost 4 days of game progress because when I saved, it saved the save page screen & not the game. I now have to start from scratch.
