I'm fairly certain I am experiencing the same type of weird bug as well. Though for me I finished the Spamton ending first, but after doing the duo Spamton and "Mike" ending it only showed Spamton. And then doing the solo "Mike" ending played Spamton's ending at the matteress third time. I was only able to get out of it after talking to Tenna, and I was able to fully play his ending without any issues but when attempting another character's ending it just plays Tenna's now. Also I think the in-game map disappeared for me at some point. It isn't in my items or in my FP/LP stats screen like it was after a completed my first ending. 

It's quite strange but due to this I am only able to experience a partial of this lovely game's endings which is a shame! 〒▽〒 Also like the commentor I am also only seeing the solos and the only duo that is available for me to execute (Spamton and "Mike.")
