So I had trouble figuring out what I was doing wrong for the full clear. Kept clearing it but with a few hits on blocks left. The key for anyone trying is to attempt to get the egg really early for xp and some treasure chest xp as well. If you can, it will let you avoid using scrolls early on so they can be used at the end when they are most valuable. It is also good to kill the Lich or Minekeeper or whatever he is called as soon as you get the 10 hearts for it for the bonus mine xp. Hope this helps anyone who was stuck like me!
