Excellent monkey on monkey action, my kinda game.

Awesome little bullet heaven! great job overall, very good theming.

Interesting game, the sound looped on itself at some point but i really liked each individual effect - once i turned them all down across the board it sounded great. The powerups were all very inventive, though I think I killed myself on my own firewalk, which made me sad. Good job overall!

Very silly, i liked the mechanics and non-exploding areas, but some jumps felt a LITTLE bit too tight to pull off consistently pretty early on (like the first water pit one).

Cute background music, and fun prototype overall!

Great vibe, great theming. I think the controls are a bit esoteric? z+x to strafe and 1-4 for bombs is a weird pick. That said, I don't know if you picked those specifically to emulate old school controls.

Really cool otherwise! I did blow myself up a few times :(

verrryy cool. I really liked the effects and sounds. The bomb placement was a little floaty, but I liked that it felt like I was out of control with casting a super strong attack. Really cool game!

Super good sound effects for this I really liked it. the controls and timing for bomb explosion feedback became an instinct after a few minutes, but it would be nice for some kind of feedback when the bomb was about to explode. Overall though, very fun use of physics - also, I liked how your character received light from nearby fires, nice touch.

Took me a little bit to figure out how to do stuff, but once I did it was pretty cool! The bombardment physics were entertaining to watch - I think overall this is a really fun prototype, so good job!

Some of the audio was mixed in a hard to hear kind of way, like the impact of bullets/rivets/nails (not sure which) on metal was super loud. other than that, great job!

"there is no baby mode." Based.

I had a nice time! I found what MAY be a frame perfect glitch in one of the trampoline levels where i wedged myself underneath, triggering the trampoline effect every frame until I died (sounds included.) I tried for a while and couldn't get it to go again.

Extremely cute game. MAYBE a little hard to control.

Perfection, no notes (aside from audio.) Girlfriend is a psycho.

Cute art overall, I like the animal themes. I think a couple things that was missing aside from a little audio feedback was a good visual feedback of incrementing - if I wasn't hovering over a shiny when the game 'ticked' it wouldn't pick up, even if i was there for a little bit, i felt like having more skill at the game wuoldn't really let me get much more by way of shinies. Also, there should probably be a slightly better boundary where the shinies/pickups can spawn, they could occasionally spawn halfway (or maybe fully) under the ui on the left hand side.

Great job overall!

Cute overall. I liked the system, but it was a little easy to just cheese/corral the enemies into a corner (though I didn't really have the patience for it tbh) I'd love to see more abilities, crazy combos, etc. very cool idea!

Actually quite clever!- took me a minute to figure out what to do but it's really cute, and I had a good time! I think it would be a little more clear with some sounds or feedback on enemies that your shots aren't doing anything because it's not the right color, but otherwise very cute. ((also I could edit the text in the tutorial section, not a negative but just sayin'))

Cassie said the same thing I was thinking - the game froze in between levels and I couldn't really get it to progress. I liked the turn taking mechanics and managing multiple enemies.

I like that you worked in the theme here, was very clever. I didn't really understand the game outside of basic poker rules, however. Some kind of tutorial or even description in the itch page would go a long way for me to understand what was happening, there was a lot of trial and error.

Also, I can't win, so good job making a smart ai!

Yeah, it's a zip file because of size, so it wouldn't really launch in browser. I wish it wasn't that way :(

You're totally right - I SHOULD have fixed the 'unable to leave credits' issue, and the shop has been made a lot less cumbersome, we had planned it but ran up against time. Hope you enjoy it that much more!

Also, we gave you more than enough money so you could fiddle around!
