Interesting concept. A typing exercise game at its core, but not based on speed, based on correctness. You decide your speed yourself, the faster you are, the quicker you progress in the game.
But this is just at the absolute core, there's far more to the game, making strategic decisions for your company.
More typing games should include bigger goals to make them fun.
