I was able to run the Java file that you said not to run it, it kinda worked but it kept making exception errors most of the time.

Dude, it's been a long time now and there is no updates about the Netbeans issue.
What happened? is OVE abandonware now? are you gonna update it anytime soon?

actually, i may have found the problem.
i somehow managed to make the play button to work so i tried opening the game.
but then an error showed up about gradle (from what i'm seeing)
maybe that would help you figure out the problem?

although i'm wondering, will there be an update soon enough that fixes the user-friendly launcher?

so i'm currently trying to open the game using Netbeans and the game just won't open
i've already read the instructions and everything but the game just wont open, the green play button doesn't flash when i select it.
