The work is mysterious and important!

Took me a while but I won! This was incredibly polished and well made. I also enjoyed seeing the use of picocad models in a 2d game! The models were great, the controls were great, everything else was great! I loved seeing the little animations in the background too like the security camera swinging around. 10/10 game

hey i remember you! i was showing you my picocad fails  XD  The confusion is a common complaint we've been getting so i think for the next version of the game I gotta include a tutorial. The gameplay is you find seashells on the beach at the end of the day, sell them for money or trade them for a kelpy, and use the money to buy kelpy blind boxes, and repeat until you have them all! You can trade with like 2 people but that's very rare but id like to have a trading system in the future. Thank you for checking out our game!!

Glad you enjoyed it even if it wasn't for you! The gameplay in a nutshell (or seashell lol) is you find shells at the end of the day, you sell it to the shop under the wharf for money and you use the money to buy kelpy blind boxes. And the goal is to complete the collection since everyone on the beach is talking about them. But after you collect all of them everyone on the beach loses interest lolol. Thank you for playing!!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you!! We did plan on  making a trading system but we ran out of time haha. All we had was the hint of one XD For the steam release we will be creating a proper trading system. You find shells at the end of the day and the time system was there so the players had a limited amount of actions they can do in one day.  Thank you for playing and for the detailed feedback !

yayyyy!!

BEAUTIFUL ART!!!

The polish for the ui is amazing! I love the super clean pixel art too

The art is fantastic! Really adorable artwork. The sounds are great too. I enjoyed this

This was really fun! Took me a couple tries to get to the end but I did it. The wall jumping was nicely done too. Great job!

Thank you for playing!! Did you get to the ending? The dialogue after you collect them all flips everything over and is supposed to make the player question everything!

This was fun! I like that there was someone at the back dancing to my button presses haha

The music was fantastic! The running moving for the crab felt very satisfying but I wish there was more polish for the gameplay. Cool idea though!!

i broke all da rules >:) Wish there was more rules i could break and would have me making some crazy structures. This was a fun game

The controls are kinda buggy and I kept getting stuck. Wish the controls were better. Would be a good rage game with more polish cause i like the game idea!

greatest sandwich simulator in the world. got what i came for. title did not lie

The music and the art for the title screen and endings are very nice. Love the drawing of the mayor on the floor XD

The mechanic of finding items and selling them is pretty good. I do agree with the other comments that there should be some sort of goal. All in all, good job!! Just needs more juice :)

I enjoyed the dialogue for the characters and I think the artsyle was really neat!

The game was really simple. not sure if it was just me but the background was buggy and didn't fill the entire game screen. Cute cat character tho!

I loveee the blend of 2d and 3d in this game. What a cozy little game!

I was imagining what a top down game about fossils would look like and I fell in love with the idea

I'm adding another submission based off a living fossil called the Wollemi Pine. I saw one in person and got inspired to draw it. I read that scientists matched the tree with fossils from the Cretaceous period (110 mya) so it's a pretty ancient tree.

This was pretty good!

I finally made it home! This was really great and i enjoyed it very much. I really like the text adventure feel it has

Wow! the art is so pretty :) game was fun too

You get a game over when you collide with the people and potholes 3 times. I'll remember to make that clearer. The faceless people are placeholder art and will be updated. Thank you for the feedback!

hi hi! You get the third one in the scene with the shears. After you collect the shears You go left, and keep walking where you see the wind coming from :) Thanks for checking out my game!

:D thank you for playing!! The room change is definitely buggy and i will eventually get to fixing that sometime. there is an ending to the game! You need to find all the flowers to trigger the ending :)

absolutely incredible

i wish i could properly play your game but i cannot do it. i tried to make it past the title screen but i only lasted about 3 seconds in game. the screenshots are impressive because it's mind blowing how you created all those colors with just 2 colors on screen. very impressive and very cool :)

Thank you for playing!! And for your very thorough feedback!! I appreciate that you took the time to go into details. I did run into all of those bugs while playing as well so I'm gonna make a list of them and try to address them so I can improve :D I'm glad you liked it despite its bugs

This was so nice. I like the little song that plays at the end :)

Good game! I see you've already gotten the suggestion about indication and I agree that I wish i knew what I selected. I also wish the text was bigger. I did like the music choice. It's very calming :D

Amazing game. 10/10. I got to level 8 before i died. I had a lot of fun!!

thank u queen ily

lol thanks lil bro

You didn't have to return the flowers but you did have to find all of them to get to the end. Thank you for playing!

WOW!! THIS WAS COOL! I did get stuck in the walls a few times and I did end up jumping over some areas, but other than that, I think this was neat :)

The sound effects at the end when you win was nice.

Game kind of reminds me of Getting Over It. Pretty neat
