This came out so cool and wonderfully weird, I love that we got a 3D game submission for the jam and I love that it had such a surreal spooky vibe! Standout moment for me was stepping out the house and seeing that impossibly tall tower of buildings. The bizarre combination of 3D models with realistic 2D textures makes for such a strange unsettling atmosphere and makes the world so enjoyable to walk through. Really well done team!!!
THIS WAS SO GOOD GRACEEEE!!! I can't believe you went from 0 coding experience to THIS in such a short time all by urself!! I love the opening cutscene, with just an absurd amount of polished animated sprites. I love how consistent and realised the visual world feels as well, really fun uses of colour. I truly feel that i have finally entered the grace worm-verse.
This was so cool u guys I love the variety of the characters in the tavern with all the movement, it's so well illustrated the way they stand out from the backdrop and they've all got such distinct personality and designs!!Great job on the code for the padlock I recently struggled with that on my PMP game lmaoo. amazing use of easter egg as well ;)
This was so much fun, such a unique puzzle mechanic and taken to such great places with all the wacky characters. The wittiness was amazing, you made me chuckle aloud a few times lmao that bagel dad joke got me. I also rlly appreciate how u were able to get a tutorial in there that told u everything u need to know and didn't overstay its welcome!! amazing job :))
This is such an amazing accomplishment you guys, the artwork and animation is so impressively conisistent in quality and style and the audio elements are so well suited with how moody and creepy everything is. The programming is also very impressive! It's so cool that you managed to get 3 different gameplay styles in there and have them merge so seamlessly (with a clever reuse of the player sprites for the sidescroller section). Yeah this was awesome, i rlly hope this isn't the last time you guys work on a game!!
Ur really on to something here. it's like wobbly chef if it was fun. The careful pinpoint precision of inputs combined with the wacky unpredictability of the physics is as beautiful a combination as my sandwich of lettuce and onion that i served to a happy customer in the game. incredible artwork from ellie too and the music goes much harder than it should. good job team!!
this was AWESOME!!! i absolutely love the mix of art styles with the backgrounds and characters, and the way the illustrations set the scene while still letting your imagination do some of the work. All the coding and animations were super duper clean and made for such a streamlined experiencd great job goblins!!! is tomorrow is yesterday available on vinyl?
Thank you so much for playing omg!! I’m so glad the puzzles are being received well :))
[SPOILERS]
The clock puzzle thing seems to be a very common point of frustration actually hahah!! From my experience watching people it seems to be that they hold their hands up to the screen in the “L” position without realizing that it only works if the fingers are facing away from you
Out of curiosity, how long did the game take you? :)
