I loved this game! I did notice some issues and I personally didn't feel the gameboy-ness of it but as a overall game you crushed it! I loved ther music, the coins physics, the health bar and the turret spring things!

Thank you for your feed back! I'll note that bug testing is something you should do before the game jam is over instead of after. I also will remeber that making a tutorial is a necessity and not optional.
