Just got the recent update and this is still happening in the 0.953 windows version.

I don't know if I am the only one but recently (on Windows versions of the game at least) I have been experiencing major lag and freezes. This is even in the main menu before I can set RNPCs lower or anything that would affect performance. The game did not have this problem before as I recall.
