This is a small suggestion, but I'd like to see the chromatic aberration and flickering on the omega warning screen be reduced a bit. It makes the text harder to read, which doesn't really work well with an important safety message like that.

That is a graphics card driver issue 90% of the time. Update your graphics card drivers and try installing DirectX 11.

In the future, try googling the errors you get because you're not very likely to get help when posting comments.
