Piece of advice from a friend from Brazil. He said the best thing to do is look around for online CAFs that are going to shut down or upgrade into new PCs. They sell their old PCs really cheap. Most of these PCs can have a 970 or a 1070 GPU in it. You'd probably be able to run Vintage Story on medium, but this is a really niche idea and will require a lot of research and patience, but something to keep an eye on. You can also try going into these CAFs and asking them directly if they have any PCs that are out of date for sale. It might require some computer knowledge and it's possible you might find a broken PC but it's an option.

Honestly, if you live in Brazil, you're kind of screwed. Whatever weird, hand-me-down, bodge-job, fake Chinese phone you're using probably won't run it that well anyway. Honestly, your best bet, just try to find any old second-hand PC. There's gonna be someone that has one, even in Brazil. Honestly, at this point, even a laptop would be huge. It really doesn't have to be anything that special. Even something very cheap and outdated could run a game like this better than you'd think. But you're gonna have to play with it quite a bit to get it running properly. Good luck.
For starters, I don't think you understand how much of a downgrade most phones are to a Steam Deck. Also, if it works on your Steam Deck, what's the big issue? Playing on a phone is horrible. You'll have a way better time on your Steam Deck. Plus, this doesn't really go against my argument. The overall experience will be better, smoother, and faster on a PC. You can just say, I want to be able to play it whilst moving around. I don't want to be locked on a PC, that's fine. But at that point, you might as well just play it on your Steam Deck.
If you have a phone powerful enough to run this game realistically, then that means you make enough money that if next time you go to buy a phone, you buy a cheap banger, you should be able to start saving up to make a small gaming PC. It's not that expensive, and is far more powerful. and Please, whatever you do, do not buy a laptop. Doesn't matter how well it's advertised, I promise it's not worth the money.
