I get what you mean, but I also don't want the game to feel rushed. The intro is there to build the story, introduce the world, and give players some context before they start making important choices. I'm always looking for ways to improve the pacing, though, so I'll see if I can make the opening more engaging without cutting out the parts that are important to the story.
