There are many roses in the game, but you can only gift 1 to 1 girl. Only 2 bears are available in shop and you can only gift 1 to 1 girl.

Yes, you can get only one rose from each place. Same with bear, but you can get Yoruichi to lvl6if you choose her during bikini battle at the start of the game and complete all of her events.
