I'm on the Latest Version 4 for windows, I was able to see the option for Oral Massage after exhausting all of Abeni's new dialogue. 

is Abeni's Oral massage supposed to be just black with text, or is there a CGI for it?

I found another bug where the Almost Caught! memory doesnt play, it just does the Sleepy Time memory again

I ran into issue on Ver3 with Abeni being bugged, her massage scene has a textbox but it's just black screen and trying to click on her on the Vixens page errors the game. 

If i bought version 3, will I have to pay again when version 4 comes out?

Will Patreons who have given over $60 get access to the beta when it releases?
