Also the entrance to Floor 39 is impossible to go through unless you use no-clipping :p
As of the latest update, it seems the class learnsets have been moved in the database because you got stuff like ---Thievery--- in the Thief learnset.
I fixed it for my own playthrough but it'd be nice it was fixed in the full game for people without RMMV.
