I played for at least 2 hours, and twice she got fat. That's it. Maybe I'm missing something, but I have no idea how to get something to happen. I'm not invested enough to warrant more time and experimentation put into figuring this out, so I'm leaving it at that. 

As soon as I laid my eyes on Cain, I knew it was meant to be. When I found out how stupid he was, the adoration only grew. I like the other two as well, but it is more of a "I think I'd enjoy talking with them" way, instead of the passionate love I feel for Cain. He is stunning, and I love his dumb smirk. I will eagerly await more content of my beloved.
