sorry it doesn't load; i'd try the PC version. i think the shaders don't play nice with the web version

OK, the dancing zombie at the beginning is funny, but it froze up on me; at least in teh web-version.  I totally sympathize. I had to reduce the complexity of the visuals on my submission to make it work in the browser and it still ended up having issues on the first level.

I wish he could walk a little faster; not sure what i was supposed to do in the game

nice work. it got stuck on a screen that said 'you drew' for me. Some sound effects would be good (at least it was silent for me)

LOL; come on, its not THAT bad ;)

My second game using Godot.  I learned lots about resources and graphs and particles and things :)  And yes, it doesn't fit the theme, but its what I was working on and i'm a novice at this, so there you have it.

good job. menu didn't work right for me.

both ;) it was a bug and when i found it, i decided to leave it and make it a feature ;)

I like the perspective switching.  very nice work.

Very nice work ! Feels smooth, makes me think, and is fast pace.  I really like this.

thank you !

yea, there is a resolution issue, depending which browser i use. I'm not sure what causes it. .... live and learn...

i didn't pay attention and totally missed that there was a theme. I kinda had this in mind because I wanted to learn certain things. joining the jam was just the motivation i needed to finish it ;)

awesome !!

1029 when i just tried :)  It is supposed to save the score and it does on my machine when I run it locally. I guess on the web version it is not persistent among logins and players.

I like the interface.

thanks :)

like my high score ? That seems unfair; i had a lot of time putzing with this debugging the code ;)

jam opened Thursday, no ? At least that's when I started working on this.  ... with the weekend coming to a close, i have no more time work on this anyways...

hmm... I guess, I should pay more attention to reading the instructions ;) I looked for the criteria and didn't see the theme there.... it's right at the top...

Very cool! I really like the combination of the gameplay with a good narrative.

Fun, but far too negative in its outlook.  Good climate education focuses on positive outcomes, not doom and gloom.

mabye you are moving the ball before you check collision?  That way it would move through the wall before it gets a change to bounce off.

I love the old school screen feel; having flashback to my gameboy when i was a kid ;)

my ball ended up trapped inside one of the walls and went bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce LOL

I was just joking ;)

polish for sure, but I ran out of time to work on it. Also, some of the choices were also driven by 'hey, i wonder how this works'.  The tough handling was kind of deliberate, although I spent wayyyyy more time on trying to make a double-tap mechanic than I care to admit ;)

oh man -- no stickers ?! ;)

Fast and furious !

A penalty for hitting at the wrong time would be good. Maybe inactivate the key for a fraction of a second.  I can basically just hit the keys very fast and get all the points; rhythm or not.
