You download the file, go to Scratch or Cocrea, open create, click the paper icon in the top left, go to load project from files (or whatever it's called) and boom, you can play the project.
You can download it on the download button (I think)

It was made on my school computer and I had to use Scratch sounds, also, I suck at making sounds.
