You probably mean trademarked (as only works are under copyright, not an English term) and it doesn't look like it (at least not in the US and game category see https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/) Only the specific Gundam game titles and logos are trademarked.

I just put suns all around. 😆

Because it's already free on mobile and dirt cheap on PC...

@hdeffo: That's not really what I meant. What I meant was that the shots are calculated exactly the same between all your bots (which wasn't the same in the previous version. There each bot had their own randomness to them), not that each shot of a single bot results in the exact same amount of damage.

Not sure if this is really a bug or just an intended (and in my opinion bad) mechanics change.

Version: Alpha 5, updated from Alpha 4

Plattform: Android

What happened before:
When bots fired on enemies that were the same exact distance away their hits were kinda random. This was easily noticeable in the "Split team" mission where the bots directly face each other as the shields take different amounts of damage over time. This allowed for some strategy with focus firing on the weakest bot as damage was done randomly.

What happens now:
When (assault) bots fire on other bots that are the exact same distance away all hits are exactly the same between all the bots. (Again, easily noticeable on "Split team" when you watch the shields, see this image/video)
