Glad you found your way around the problem. For Bard, Beastmaster and StuffStuff I created a patch. In theory those patches are easy to create...you just need to duplicate the class txt and replace "basic" with "advanced" and then you need to create the class token as wearable and create the tavern event to make the class unlockable... but I guess that's a bit much. I know that the game now supports some kind of if statement to check for a mod file so I could just "include" all patches in the mod without all the patches...but I'd have to look through all the mods to find any new basic classes or changes to classes that resets them to basic... lots of work for a game I am currently not playing. :)
Hey, I didn't see a post on the discord. Did you start with a new game? The random adventurers from the start will always be real classes - no idea how to change that. But stagecoach should just be peasants unless you use a mod I haven't created a patch for (Magus, Shaman) - someone created a patch for those on discord though. There are a few mods that also touch the base classes that I haven't patched either - mainly collection of curiosities and the alchemist one. Easiest way to find out if the mod doesn't work in general or just with some classes: follow the instructions to check your "recruitable classes" in %appdata%. If it's just a few classes - it's probably a missing patch. If it's all of them you did something wrong installing the mod or didn't start a new game.

The basic concept of the class is becoming more powerful the more faltered a girl is (with the obvious downside of being more faltered), while also having self-damage on most attacks, moves that intentionally falter and a move that can take falter tokens off other girls.

Adds peasants as a class! Simple, common folk, they may have little to offer to your guild, but they are quick to train... and might well be the only people you can get your hands during the early days. Comes with an appropriate set of clothes and a few varieties of spears. The idea is to emulate Xcom recruits, but it can also be thought of as a NG+ hard mode, especially if you enable Random Adventurers...
