Thanks again for playing it!

Oh great, I'll definitely check it out later! Thanks for taking the time to play it!!:)

Very creative! You came up with a unique idea, and the whole 2D - 3D switching is implemented well. The puzzles introduced every single concept in a great way. Only thing that could be improved imo is the platforming in the 3D sections. It sometimes was hard to tell how much cubey will move backwards, adding a shadow could maybe help. All in all, great game!

I wanted to try your game out for some time now, but always were on mobile when I saw it so... I'll use my opportunity now!

Please also check out my game :) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313260

This whole house gave me a really strange feeling, fits the theme perfectly.

There it is: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313260

I'll check your game out, too! :)

Interesting game, liked the music and the vibe to it. I'm not sure if I was missing something: I can change my colour and shoot projectiles? Can I do something with it or is it just to underline the message of the game?

Thank you so much for trying it out :)

Oh now that you say it, I remember your name :) sry :D

Hey, heres my game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313260

Feel free to give some honest feedback:)

Hey, it would be awesome if you could try out my game, too!

Very interesting idea, love the art and music of your game. But I think I dont get it completely: I can switch colours, okay, and I understand that I can somehow kill the enemys of the different colour but... how? Running in them with the heart-box? Sometimes they will kill me instead, because they're too close?

Really interesting idea, definitely unique. The movement took me a while to figure out, but once I had it, it was very interesting to start thinking in all the different directions you could move the level. Also, very fitting music and theme for the jam!

This was such a nice little game! You were right, not the typical knight saves princess game. I had so much fun with this one! Well done!

Whaaat did I just play? I gotta say, you made me smile, the dialogue was awesome :D This was... amazingly random... and definitely strange, gotta admit.

Very unique idea and nice execution! Almost got stuck in the difficulty settings (cursor stuck under the wall), but managed to get it out there by some random running into it :)

Wow, thats an increadibly polished game! Played all the way trough hard mod, which was in some way easier to me because the placement of the parts was the same as before. I loved the fact that you gave every person an individual text when they get killed, and the overall idea was pretty good. Felt definitely in some stranger danger while playing :)

Thanks for commenting and taking the time to play through a hole loop :)! Yeah the hitbox of the spikes is a problem, I didn't know how to manually adjust them (they're used in a tilemap) so I went with the default hitbox, which is, as you pointed out, bad on edges. I was also surprised when I watched some other people play it, that the platforming was harder than I thought. Definitely something I take with me, that some jumps that may seem easy for me (as I'm used to how the player jumps, moves etc.) aren't for someone thats playing for the first time. Also shorten the levels is good advice!

Oh, and the thing you missed was a gravity cave where you could change gravity from +1 to -1 with different switches.

This was pretty cool! Liked the elements you put in the game, the upgrading system and the enemy variety. Boss could have been a bit harder - but maybe that was because I found it at my very last step, so I already was overpowered.

I liked the idea, but had trouble understanding that I had to click the dirt patch at first to plant a seed. After I grew my first plant, I got hunted by 20 angry cacti - men :D Is there some sort of win condition to the game, or is it only surviving at the moment?

Oh really? Didn't notice that I got healed near the fireplaces. Only had one evil animal come out of the cabin :)

This was awesome! Had a lot of fun playing it! A way to heal would have been nice (or did I miss it?), I feel you lose more often because of getting killed than by not beeing able to pay your rent.

Hey, I made a 2D platformer, feel free to check it out :)

Thank you so much for playing The Postman! It was really insightful to see somebody playing it. Didn't consider some of these obstacles to be this hard, but I guess thats the problem if you develop every movement and are used to it right from the beginning. Next time I'll maybe lower the difficulty a bit. Hope it was fun nonetheless.

Oh, and you indeed missed the final screen - above the last door where the invisible wall was, the path opened and you could have jumped trough the window one last time :) But other than that, you saw everything the game had to offer.

The music choice was amazing, btw.

I really liked the game! I wish there would have been some more things to do with all the ore you collect, maybe a x3 drill, the better light or like a "collect x amount to finish the game". The different areas all had a nice touch, well done!

Thanks for trying it out! :)

This was amazing, 10/10.Sounds, graphics, gameplay, theme... my absolute favourite so far! Well done! With some more stages and maybe some additional quests / items / buffs, this could be made into a full game on steam!

Very fun idea! Somehow I always landed in (or on :) ) a strange place a few times, before eventually I figured it out.

Thank you :)

Thank you! I'm gonna try to finish your game later, too!

Thanks for your comment!:)

Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah I went for the cheapest and easiest UI possible. Will definitely try to improve on that :D

Commented and rated, great game!

This was amazing! Just seeing the title screen immediately made me wanna play, such a funny idea :)

I also really liked the vibe while running. Only thing I would recommend is somehow make the character / obstacles a bit more visible, maybe give it an outline or use a brighter colour palette for the background? The strange backgrounds (which were awesome, btw!) made it sometimes difficult to see everything clearly.

Thank you so much for your feedback :)

I really liked the atmosphere on your game! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to beat it because of the lava - jumping part. That was a bit too difficult for my taste.  Sometimes I wasn't able to jump up the crate because the player got stuck on the edge, same with the wooden steps on the wall. That should be the first thing to fix imo. Other than that, good game!

Nice game! Really liked the visuals and the audio. Took a moment for me to realize I hadn't to click the place where the object was missing, but to find it in another room and bring it back.

Also loved the line "classic tortoise - frog mismatch" :D

What a nice idea, and great execution aswell. My favourite one was the "getting hunted by a burger" dream :D

Looks interesting, I'll try it out. Please take a look at my game, too:
