This would be a great game if there was an explanation of the game mechanics. Just got killed by a monster in one hit. His max damage of any of his abilities or weapons was 28. I had 35 hit points. Turns out in that in this game 28>35. In another game, I found out the hard way that some monsters are immune to dominate, but there is no information about that in the monster's info and the explanation of dominate I saw did not mention that some monsters are immune. And what is "overheal?" none of the monsters seem to have a heal ability. There is no totem. Anything I throw at any of the monsters only makes them stronger. Again no explanation. You can't play a game with any skill if the rules are are a mystery.

The only glaring problem with the game is that the player's skill or strategy has little to nothing to do with the outcome of a match. Much is determined by the cards one draws each turn and that's fine. It's the shops that annoy me. Most games, one player gets a shop that is vastly superior to the other. The way to fix this would be to let each player see what is in their shop and then choose the last card to go into the shop. That way you don't end up with one player with cards that stack and another player with a random assortment of spare parts. Mirror mode is boring.
Also there should be more than one counter to the explosives. If your opponent has explosives and you don't have the engineer, you're screwed.
