Well, I know for certain that I haven't been shutting off my laptop without properly exiting the game beforehand, so I think I can rule that out. I’ll go update my game to see if that helps with the issue; though I’m beginning to think that this could be a problem with some kind of corruption in my computer itself? I don't know if it's the root of the issue or not, but I'm probably better off safe than sorry, so I’ll have to go get it checked out some time soon.

Hello! I love this game a lot, but for some reason my unlocked item points keep on resetting to zero and it's a bit disappointing because every time I get close to having access to the character bios, concept art, and memelord mode, it's set to zero again. Is there any way I can fix this issue?? The music collection and art are also entirely reset, but my saves are still there.
