Hi. I love text adventure games, especially for ZXS. No offense, but here is just my suggestion for a small improvement in text printing. Instead of PRINT "text" try LET t$="text": GOSUB 1.

0 GOTO 10

1 LET t=LEN t$: LET x=1: IF t THEN GOSUB 3: IF x<=t THEN PRINT t$(x TO)

2 RETURN

3 LET i=x+31: IF i>t THEN RETURN

4 IF t$(i)<>" " THEN LET i=i-1: GO TO 4

5 PRINT t$(x TO i): LET x=i+1: GO TO 3

Excellent game. (Limited inventory and time limit was a bit of hell. :-) )
