I finished that dress event of Jessie and finished summoner sword and gave her the sword and she gave me a helmet too now she is not there in port

Bro I finished searching every libraries in the game and checked that glow spot and reached vampire in the castle but the search event is not starting and that event in questlog doesn't glow in green.And when I reach the library again there is no glow in that place and I can't redo the quest too and I am stuck with that event and can't proceed the vampire event any further
