Hiya! Good question, but I don't use a default override for my UI no. I do use the UI extension mod from Weerbesu, but that's not giving me any issues. Have you tried taking your UI mod out and seeing if Rex' activities show up then? Because it could very well be that the UI override is causing some issues. I myself, for example, had an issue with hiring employees yesterday which turned out to be caused by an outdated version of the Searchable Sim Picker mod.

So if the UI override does cause the issue, make sure you are not using an outdated version of the mod. In my case I didn't know that the Sim Picker had been updated twice in the same day and that I was using the first update that was still broken. If it is up to date, however, then you can always try reaching out to the UI override creator as well and see if perhaps they know how to fix it :)! I'm not a mods expert, but from what I've seen anything that slightly alters the UI can potentially cause a whole bunch of issues with other mods.

Hey just jumping in to say that I had the same issue, but it turned out to be caused by having an outdated version of the 'Higher Business Activity Limit' mod from lunar_britney and updating that one made all Rex' activities appear again!

Came here to second the comment about the mod being a bit intense in terms of buffs sometimes. I absolutely love this mod, as it adds a lot of unique flavor and personality to Sims, but I do really wish there was a way to tone down the buffs. If a sim is very into politics, for example when they want to become a politician themselves or when they are active protesters etc, then I would understand it if they have buffs about their political alignment all the time. But most of my Sims aren't that much into politics. Some of them, for example, might be more active when the election comed around, and then there's the ones who have a basic idea of their alignment.. but that's about it for them.

I would love it if we could perhaps even specify per sim just how much they are affected by their alignment. So a sim that is very affected will have buffs very often, a sim that is normally affected will have them every so often and very unaffected would rarely have the buffs. I guess permanently affected and never affected would also be valid options to add as well. I mean being a politician means you're affected by politics pretty much all the time, right? So they could have the buffs on literally all the time. And the never affected Sims would only be prompted for a buff if someone else brought it up, but never just by themselves.

Plus it would be great if we could actively switch between the strength levels of the buffs too, just likes with the alignments themselves, as interests can fluctuate over time. Most of my teens won't be as interested in politics, but as soon as they age it suddenly becomes more relevant to them. Right now I have teens stressed over bills when they don't even have to pay anything as they are living with (young) adult / elder Sims and that feels a little odd 馃槄

I hope it makes sense what I'm trying to say! It's not meant as criticism, I just wanted to throw some ideas out there 馃槃 All in all a great and highly recommended mod that I can't imagine not having in my game now! Thank you for creating this and keep up the good work 馃憦
