I can't give you a definitive answer on that quite yet. I know it's something I want to do. But it will probably be very late into the game, and it also won't have birthing or anything like that. But it's very likely that you will be able to knock them up at some point (:

I would recommend the harem path personally. But you're fine with going with only one if you want. Most of the content will look the same. The only thing that would be different is some of the dialogue with the other girls, and sex scenes. And obviously you would miss out on some dates and so on. Some main story moments may also look a bit different. But nothing major.
Hey, sorry for the late reply and thanks for the kind words. There shouldn't be anything stopping you from switching them out. There are a few things that could cause problems however:
First, try to force recompile the project and see if that works. Make sure the names on your new images are exactly the same as the ones provided. The images also needs to be png files, you can change this in bj_core.rpy if you want another file format. Let me know if you still have trouble :)
Well, we don't know if they are killed yet. As far as I can tell, the girls along with MC is most likely gonna come back to life. The game is called "Divine Intervention" afterall. I guess we'll have to see.
