No new scenes, but redone art and art fixes in most scenes, added (optional) male voice acting, remastering/rebalancing of existing audio, typo fixes, a replay mode etc. I am considering the possibility of adding some extra scenes in a "Special Edition" down the line depending on how things go, but this release is more about polishing up existing content and putting the game in a true "1.0" state now the story is completed.
I'm not sure if releasing on Steam will be possible as it stands, but I'm going to try my best to work with Steam and see if it can be done anyway. I am also contacting other online stores to see if they are interested.
