I'm from Russia, and we can't pay directly. We have to use virtual cards. Patreon tracks this and blocks accounts... and without refunding subscriptions. Which is really scary.
you couldn't make a page on subscribestar, otherwise you don't have the opportunity to subscribe to patreon....
