The devs keep postponing the update for many reasons , its upsetting but one of the devs is very active on the discord server and had this to say 

all good dw , there were a few answers on the discord today regarding the delay of the update

dont blame me , i only read what they put out

The dev said it would have an update before the end of the year

he posted in setptember 18 saying he just recovered from health issues (here), also he said that probably there will be a new character , i thought this game was dead bc he didnt post for a while and 1 year without an update was pretty much a death setence to it , but yeah dw he will up

try redownloading the game and transfering the save files

я не думаю, что разработчик планирует делать русский перевод, но вы можете зайти в файлы игры и перевести ее на русский язык, перевод, вероятно, не будет очень точным по отношению к реальной игре, но вы можете получить действительно хорошую русскую версию
