FIVE STARS!!! I LOVE IT!!! This is an absolutely gorgeous game - whimsical and story-focused it will appeal to anyone who loves the magic and mystery of the natural world. Being family-friendly is a beautiful bonus and I can well imagine groups of friends and families creating beautiful stories and memories together as their nature spirit characters strive to protect mother forest. A real little gem of a game!

I got some fab feedback from our fearless leader and made some tweaks and changes to the game! Sadly the edits are locked until voting is over but I'll upload the improved file as soon as it lets me :D 

Thankyou so very much to everyone who took part - I think all the entries look so heart warming and I'm really touched by the way each of you has engaged so deeply with the themes of the jam. I just changed the Jam closing date to end Sunday (2nd) instead, just because I don't want anyone to be stressing at the last minute. So, while it'd still be great if everyone can get their entries in my the end of today, if you're a couple of hours late or something comes up last minute, hopefully this just takes the stress off! xxx

The general consensus was that a discord server wasn't needed so I have closed it as I think that's for the best. I really feel it's more useful and appropriate to use the community here to discuss games and submissions and ask any questions people may have.

I have updated the description to make it clearer that submissions are welcome from anyone and everyone regardless of background, ethnicity or culture. Although this is a celebration in aid of drawing attention to GRTHM and I especially welcome submissions from the GRT community, it is nevertheless open to everyone. I have also changed the wording the rules slightly to make them clearer - using myths and legends from other cultures is fine if you do so respectfully but using real life events (such as specific war crimes for example) which are not a part of your own history is not appropriate. I hope that's a bit clearer but if you have any questions please do reach out and ask :)

Anyone who loves goblins will squeal with delight! This little pot of gorgeousness is crammed to bursting with marvelous mischievous tools, ideas and inspirations to help you quickly build all the adorable little weirdos your goblin-heart desires! - Not 5 stars; all the stars in the universe!!

This is such a beautifully and lovingly crafted game, in every aspect, from the art to the writing to the mechanics which all weave together to create something that is inspiring, enabling and inclusive. The creators obviously have a deep understanding of how to make ttrpgs a fun, safe, welcoming and enabling hobby for everyone. I played this with a group of children aged 7 - 14, some of whom had Special Needs, and what really shone for us was the way the game nurtures collaborative storytelling and teamwork, while providing for those who struggle with those things. The integrated tools for ensuring safety, comfort  and opportunities for time-out were invaluable and used many times. The sign language is so seamlessly woven into the game that the children learnt it almost without realising - I even had to ask them to 'please stop practicing their magic shapes for a while?' at 3am! XD An absolute GEM of a game and a joy to play for all ages and needs.
