Ops, that's embarassing. I fixed a related bug regarding not being able to exit computers and accidentally created this one.

Thanks for trying the game and reporting the problem, now it should be fully playable :)

Nice, a fellow incremental game submitter. In all seriouness, really incredible job on the game feel. The game starts a bit slow, but when massive chains add up and the game effects go wild it's very pleasuring. Simplicity really is key sometimes! Also, I'd say you done better job on the game balancing than I did on my game lol, upgrade prices and progression can be surprisingly hard

Be careful, you're doing exactly what the Program wants...

Thanks so much  for playing!

Yeah, that was one of the original ideas, you would buy different traps or maybe different room layouts.  But with the jam time limit it got cut out to focus on a finished product. Maybe I could iterate on it another time, thanks for playing though!

Oh no, sorry about the bug :(

But I'm really glad you could enjoy the game despite that :)

Thanks for playing! I actually had finished Universal Paperclips some days before the jam started, guess my brain still was hotwired to incremental games lol

Thanks for playing! I'm happy that you liked the game. Also, I think it's pretty funny that a "horror-ish" game is called cute lol

Yoo, I love me some quick and snappy top down shooter! Your game also has a lot of personality, from the art to the sound and theme, really well done. I guess my only gripe was that the camera was too close to the player, so I couldn't properly see hazards or enemies in large arenas (specially if I'm aiming in a direction while moving to the opposite one)

The art team was really on a roll, very unique and fitting with the game theme, I really liked it! Wasn't expecting a narrative-driven game with the jam theme, so that's nice to see. Also, I really hope the death scream SFX were made by a team member, why is it so funny lol

OMG, probably the funniest and the fun-est game I've played till now in this jam lmao. Really nice work all around to the team! I wasn't expecting that much content/replayability also, that catalogue list was crazy big!

I'll be happy to check your game, here's mine:

Great work playing these awesome games, I would really like if you can give me your first impressions about my submission:

Nice increment of the base theme. I'm seeing a lot of "die to do this" but your game actually has some extra layers of avoiding obstacles as ghost and combat. Really good work!

Really cool puzzle variations! You really cooked in the level design department. Fun game idea also, I actually was working on a similar idea but it was a 2d puzzle platformer. Pretty fun to see another take on it.

Nice tower defense/idle hybrid! I was a bit confused at the start, but then quickly got the hang of it. Really liked the sprite work also.

Yeah, sometimes you get an unlucky spawn lol. I did adjust everything the best I could in the final day, but had to focus on making the game page, menu and everything, so I couldn't properly test every scenario. But thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! It was a nice challenge. I love to create different genres, this one was actually my first attempt at a rhythm game. There's a lot of room for expansion, more songs, more difficulties, etc. Maybe we'll see...

Nice, thanks for playing my game!

Thanks for checking and giving more chances to the game! And valid criticism for sure, I could have made like a tutorial or added more information on the game itself. Unfortunately the time ran out pretty fast and I had to write all down in the game page, but it's not very intuitive

Thanks! The game started more as a study project using the Shapes asset that I bought in the asset store, so I tried to make everything as simple as possible to finish within the game jam, specially the visuals. I'm happy everything turned out nice in the end

Thanks for playing! I considered adding an endless mode, but had to focus on actually finishing the game within the time lol. But definitely is a great idea for a proper full game

Haha, some levels can be a bit tricky. But thanks for playing, I'm happy you enjoyed

Thanks for playing!

Very creative idea and is quite hard to keep the hype without the dance cam, nice work! And super cool to see some different engines/frameworks out there, I'll take a look into raylib out of curiosity

Hey, we actually had somewhat similar ideas with the theme, lol. I had some fun trying to beat my high scores, but a missed some kind of ambient/chill music to complement it.

Yo, I was just about to comment about Crash Mode from the Burnout series too. Right now I think it's more an experiment than a proper game, but it's  a lot of fun, I love to watch some slow mo destruction. But I missed an "overview" mode where I could properly see the city after the attack, it's resetting automatically too fast.

With more levels, some bonus objectives and win/fail states, it can be a very cool game!

Fun shoot 'em up, but I think the player bullet rate is very generous. You can spam your shots and clear all the enemies very easily. Cute graphics!

Fun little game! I think a larger horizontal screen/camera would be beneficial for this type of game, I had to slowdown a lot before making jumps because I couldn't see what was next

Peak arrived

But honestly, great use of the theme. Pretty funny to see the unique reactions like the rocket launchers or the clown dying RIP

Remember to maximize your relay usage to save cost on wire! About level 8, you're probably trying to use all buildings on your solution. Try to power the structures without one of them...

Hi, thanks for playing! Really happy that you and your son had fun with it!

Thanks for playing, it's nice to know you enjoyed it! I just published an update with some new features, changes and a new final level, feel free to check it out too

Hey nhih, thanks for playing my game and leaving a detailed review! I think this is my first puzzle game, so it's nice to know that the levels were engaging to solve and the game feel was great.

The music was supposed to be a bit ambient to create a calm feeling, I didn't look into more options but found this one pretty charming.

Since the jam ended (and I actually won! yay), I updated the game with a few more feature to adress your two points. So now the game has a level select screen and that particular UI element is now clickable!

Thanks for the ideas and hope you can check the new level!
