How does unlocking content through patreon Works? If i subscribe, will i lose access to unlocked things when subscription expires? Or I will still be able to use them?

Deleting game and reinstaling doesnt delete save. I bugged few version before something around half a year ago, or more. It was near start of the game, I think before getting grimoire because i dont have anything like that
