Yeah, it definitely needs a lot of polish, and even some basics. You are meant to put up at least one purple rope to spawn the triangles that then will follow you along the purple ropes and you need to stay close to them. So if you get too far from the start you will lose.

Thanks! Yeah, it took me too long to get the rope to behave properly I didn't have time to massage the controls, give some more feedback, make it feel smooth and satisfying!

Thanks! I did dabble with some climbing and ropes, I am generally familiar. Yeah, I was trying to implement a whole lighting system, to make it look more like a cave or something like that, make the pickups pop out more with lights but I've run out of time.
