I love this tileset. Especially fond of the crystals and cute little water tunnels! Currently working on the first cave of my game and I got a question.
I may or may not have found a missing tile - Maybe this time it is just me not being able to figure out what tiles to put together, though!
This specific dark "curve" at the bottom left of the alternative wall tile, I can not seem to figure out how to create.
I tried to use the dark corner wall tile, but it also shades part of the wall itself, which I do not want. I was thinking, the black area might be created by a floor tile, curving, but the floor tiles don't have such a tile either, I think.
The area I circled can be found in the quarts cave example.
Thanks for getting back to me! Do you mean in the sample images? There is no image that has 22 rows in the tileset. And yes, the corner piece exists in the samples, but it is not in the correct 16x16 format there. I tried extracting it, but it seems slightly angled. Or do you mean something else? Would you be able to point it out in another way, perhaps by file name? Maybe I am looking in the wrong spot entirely.
I would love a horizontal door tile, akin to the ones in this set: https://franuka.itch.io/fantasy-rpg-interior-pack
Really good question, hmm. I imagine some kind of druidic symbols, maybe etched into the ground. White stone, cracked pillars (similar to the pillars you have in the interior buildings set, but covered in moss and other vegetation). Maybe shaped oddly geometrically, giving it an otherworldly feeling. Some broken walls and scattered stones and bricks. Maybe a golem creature, that serves as a statue as well as, when woken up, an animated character. Hope that works as some ideas for ya :)
Something like that, yes! I assume the template for an artist creating one is slightly different to a developer using one - but I am a beginner at autotiling, so I am not sure. I am mostly familiar with the drawn in bitmasks in the tilesets. Something like this.
But I think I will figure it out. Thank you! :)
I like the UI and music, as well as the pixel art for both the character and the golems. I would like some opponents, some environmental dangers, etc. otherwise, the game is super easy and just a grind. I still don't know what the goal is. Just to revive Golems? I have stopped playing after reviving about 20 of them. Maybe after a certain amount of revives one could get an upgrade or whatever. Otherwise, nice game!

I was wondering if you had any recommendation on tiles to use for snow on top of these buildings. The only one existing I was able to find is the one for ice on water. Maybe I am missing some? And if none exist, I would really love to have them in a little update :)
