You are asking me? You just self-answered your question :P. It's just HS2 AVN so it's obvious all character will look same-ish, and also regarding hairs and other stuff you don't like, all charas have different hairs, eye color, etc. Wait for the release and then complain :P

Not yet, but I'm constantly working on it.

So try to create a different looking character in HS2 yourself, that's the limitation of the character creator :). Models are outdated, I remodelled all charas recently.
