On the creator's tiktok (@s1ckh34d7) there is a post where he/she explain it wasn't her/his.
The creator talked about receiving threats (because some people thought he/she was doing other stuff instead of working on W1WD).

I found :
-Don't turn away and Devotion Cage (Are both honestly really similar to W1WD and contain explicit content)
-Garden of souls (a lot of endings , explicit content)
-Big Bad Dogs (no explicit , the game is not over)
-JackKnife (somebody recommended it to me but i didn't tried , if i'm correct the character is a woman )
-MonsterXmediator (no explicit content,there is yandere character with a similar vibe , but it's not the main goal of the game )
