Where do I even begin?
I stumbled upon this game completely by accident — just browsing through the University of Waterloo Spring 2026 Game Jam submissions, not expecting much, honestly. But what I got instead was an absolute masterpiece that rewired my brain and reminded me why I fell in love with video games in the first place.
>span class="">Let's talk about the graphics first, because holy hell, this is by far the most stunning visual experience I've ever witnessed. And I'm not just talking about "oh, nice textures" — I'm talking about an art direction so cohesive, so breathing, so alive that every single frame could be a wallpaper. The palette is soothing yet vibrant, the lighting is atmospheric without being distracting, and the overall style is so pleasant and easy on the eyes that I found myself just stopping to admire the scenery. Not because I had to — because I wanted to. The developers clearly poured their hearts into every pixel, and it shows.
>span class=""buttery smooth>span class=""> right from the start. No clunky mechanics, no frustrating learning curve — just pure, responsive, satisfying gameplay that hooks you instantly. The moment I picked up my first passenger, I was invested. The dialogue system is charming and immersive, and the way the story unfolds through these tiny interactions? Brilliant. Every character feels real. Every line of dialogue matters. I caught myself smiling, gasping, and even tearing up at certain moments — and I never cry at games.
>span class=""simple yet so deep>span class="">. You're not just moving from point A to point B — you're experiencing something. The route icon dynamically guiding you, the subtle environmental storytelling, the unexpected emotional weight of every passenger you pick up — it all comes together in a way that feels hand-crafted with love and care. I haven't felt this sense of wonder since I played my very first game as a kid. It's that good.
>span class="">Even the audio design deserves a standing ovation. The background music is hauntingly beautiful, perfectly complementing the mood of each scene. It's not intrusive — it's supportive, like a warm blanket wrapping around the experience. The sound effects are crisp, satisfying, and never overdone. Everything just works in perfect harmony.
Final Verdict — Absolute Perfection
I've played AAA blockbusters. I've played indie darlings. I've played classics that defined generations. And I can say this with absolute confidence — this game, this little gem from a game jam, has surpassed all of them. It's not just a game — it's a feeling. It's the kind of experience that stays with you long after you've turned off the screen. It made me laugh, it made me think, and it made me remember why I love this medium so much.
To the Developers:
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. You've created something truly special. I don't know who you are, but I hope you know that what you've built here is nothing short of legendary. Please never stop making games. The world needs more of this.
Score: ∞ / 10 Would I recommend it? Absolutely, without hesitation, to every human being on this planet. Will I play it again? Already on my third playthrough.
This is, so far, the best thing I've ever played. And by far — it's not even close.
I don't know if it's a bug or what, but when I pick up the first passenger, he says his first line and then nothing else happens — the route icon at the top just freezes. The text speed is way too slow, and I couldn't access the settings — probably because the sprite outline is messed up. Didn't get a chance to actually play, but the concept looks interesting.
