Nice game, I liked your ideas with the theming. Battling with bad ideas was quite a struggle, and it would have been the same case with the swinging pliers, but since I never died I just walked through. I enjoyed the swinging the most.

First I thought I only had to catch the gift boxes and was confused why my points were not going up haha
Second time managed to get 313 points tho 💪

I liked this game a lot. Honestly, I expected a very different vibe, but I wasn't disappointed at all! I should have listened to the title, it was light indeed :D I really like it's humor. I also enjoyed roaming around on the field with the long grass and breeze, chasing after the light. It was difficult to spot the last few ones, but I didn't mind spending time there. I'd say "the pet may be hungry sometimes" was an understatement, the pet was quite gluttonous in my opinion, but that's alright haha.

I don't know what your plan was for the full game, but I think you could leave it as a sandbox just adding a few more materials and the option to cut what's already been glued. That would already make it a cute digital toy to play around with.

This is the kind of game that makes me want to have a discussion with others about it.

Very cute. Made it to the Great Green with 12 gnomes. Loved the skating down with leaves part.

I was switching between pages by clicking, but at one point I realized I could go back to previous decisions by scrolling, is that intentional?

I really liked this game, spent so much time playing!

It was a process to figure things out, but I got to it. Although, I realized I can switch any cross with any circle, not only the ones next to each other embarrassingly long into the game haha. The only thing I missed is kind of a dictionary for the words used to explain power-ups.

Having the horizontal XXL line and the no gravity was sooo satisfying.

Maybe it's my dexterity but I found it really difficult to ride the waves the intended way and since that was punished, I had to start over again and again and couldn't get to the point to nail a trick. Could be really cool and fun though.

I was lost at the beginning too. You have to walk downwards.

Thanks for playing! 😊

Wishing you more luck for the next time hehe

Small update (nothing game-altering):
– all the files are now zipped, so they can be downloaded at once
– added the description of the tradition to the downloadable files
– made some tiny polishings to the rulebook
– corrected the typo, so the child doesn’t have to sweat anymore 🙈

Makes sense.

I try to see resting primarily as self-care, but mostly during exam periods at uni, I (also) had the "okay, now I need to sleep so I can study more effectively after" approach, so I see how sleep can be an obligation/instrument.

such a cool game with great game feel

High quality game feel <3

cool game poem :)

my takeaway is that you either lose yourself to doing nothing or to burnout - not sure why resting leads to the latter as well tho

I really enjoyed playing this!

I liked the typing mechanic. When I guessed a word right and typed it quickly, it felt super rewarding. When I didn’t know what was coming, I just fell into this steady rhythm, and the sound of the keys clicking kind of turned into background music that fit the game perfectly.

The way some of the text is shaped into its scene is very creative. My favorite part was echoing “lost” and watching the picture disappear piece by piece.

The only thing I struggled with was sometimes not knowing where to find the next interest point — it felt a bit random in some cases.

Interesting concept and really cool game!
plus the typing sound is a brain massage

That's exactly the mixture I was aiming for, thanks for playing! <3

Nice game! It's big enough to explore and has a good enough variety in the challenges.

The character looks super cool.

I didn't lose progress after dying, not sure that's on purpose since you can buy more lives, but I appreciated the checkpoints either way.

I mostly liked the level of difficulty, but I just could not reach the pile of pastries.

Hii, thank you for the game! I liked the variety of the minigames and the mysterious theme with the creator. Beautiful art too! I appreciate that you included my hobbies I mentioned :)

I just came back to check out something and this comment was waiting here like a little gem. I'm so happy you had a nice time playing our game :)

great thoughts and also encouraging last part

Nice experience, I felt relaxed, confused and scared at the same time haha
I totally agree that dogs are sweet <3

Thank you! :)

Happy you liked it :)
