Ichio says there is no compattible file to download?

Did anyone Els have a bug at the part with Ms. Endou after the voice patches where added?

It says while loading <‘Image’ u’patch/cg/bljob1.png’>: IOError: Couldn’t find file ‘patch/cg/bljob1.png’ at the top of the error
