When is this going to be available to download through itch? I can't currently get this update

The creator responded on the main page saying DLC isn't on steam yet, but I just asked there if they  plan to add it later so check there for a response most likely

I commented on one of the dlc, but are there plans to add the dlc to the future since they're currently not on there now?

Is this and the other DLC built into the steam release or will these come to the steam release later?
