I used an Amiga 500+ setting with Kickstart 2.0 (37.350), ECS Chipset and 4 MB Ram. The game crashed immediately when using a classic OCS setting with Kickstart 1.3 and 1 MB (512 KB Chip Ram).

Fantastic and highly engaging platformer - certainly one of the best for the GBC. Everything about it is spot-on—from the design, graphics, and sound to the gameplay. We particularly enjoyed the charming animations and the C64-style soundtrack. Our German-language review can be found at 04:19:05. English subtitles are also available. Nice conversion, even though the controls can be quite tricky at times due to some slowdowns. AGA support should be added at some point, as well as a self-booting ADF disk. We took another look at the final version of the game. It is a truly polished conversion that is every bit as good as the original—provided you play it on an AGA or faster machine for real 50 fps feeling. Our German-language review can be found at 02:51:00. English subtitles are also available. π
Very fun platformer that makes a good impression right away, especially regarding the controls. The backgrounds could be a bit more varied, and the color transitions far less noticeable. The scrolling is also still quite jerky. Our German-language preview can be found at 02:35:38. English subtitles are also available. Subscription to our YouTube and Twitch channel is welcome. π
Very promising action-adventure that has the potential to develop into an really good title. Some enemies are currently still a bit difficult to spot, but we are very excited about the finished game. Awesome puzzle game with a great concept and a very fair, motivating difficulty level. We particularly liked the fact that completing a level requires solving two puzzles at once. Nice game, a bit like "Bruce Lee". The graphics look a bit dated, and the sprites—including the player character—move very jerkily. Nevertheless, it is definitely worth playing. Nice but ultimately quite disappointing shooter that offers far too little variety. It involves constant shooting at the same enemies, lacks real power-ups, and doesn't even have background graphics. The title screen and music had seemed so promising. π Our German-language review can be found at 01:35:27. English subtitles are also available. A lovely platformer very much in the style of the classic "Jumpman," but with significantly more variety. The difficulty level is also reasonable. Only the constant, unintended "double jumps" slightly detract from the fun. Our German-language review can be found at 00:49:39. English subtitles are also available. π
Weβll be there again, too, and will have some new games that have been released for the C64 and Amiga over the last few months. π Stop by the Retro Area in Hall 10.2. Just follow the loudest booth — the one playing chiptune remixes. π
