Thank you so much for not only playing but also streaming the game, and for the thorough feedback!
I like your take on the story - maybe it could benefit from being a bit more open to interpretation.
The camera trembling and voice/music balance should definitely be fixed - thanks again for the awesome feedback!
The music is giving me spooky berlin club vibes which oddly goes really well with the gambling aspect of it lol. The reaction style witch reminds a lot of the spooky casino in Ni No Kuni - it's a really fun way to convey what's going on in the game!
Not fully sure when the game is over though so maybe having multiple levels with different opponents or some other explicit type of progression would really hook the player seeing as the loop of playing already goes so quick and is inherently fun.
Well done!
I started by looking at the hint page without understanding what the hint was.. then the game started. I cut everything I saw and lost quickly! The second time I went, I noticed the little faces on the shrooms - and got really excited about having grokked it, without anyone telling me how to solve it - very satisfying. Really well done!
Cozy narrative with a cool intro - and a fun game loop!
I did however find myself forgetting a bit of the conversation when I had to pick items and couldn't find a way to see what was spoken? So maybe a conversation log for the future (or if it exists, maybe make it a bit clearer where it is). Either way, well done!!
Really cozy vibe and cool to blend narrative through the radio with a simpler endless runner-type of game! Wasn't fully sure if the trees or ghosts were dangerous at first but since i had plenty of lives it felt like a low-risk gamble to see what happened (nice design choice).
Maybe I'm mishearing, but sometimes it sounds like the witch says "Oh, I missed it!" when I grabbed some leaves. Not sure if it was a bug or misheard, but that's the only unclear thing I felt!
Would've loved to see a bit more autumny backgrounds, it felt a bit naked with the plain sky and nothing on the sides.
Well done!
