(For a better experience, read this review with Valsa de Primavere by Chopin in the background)

First and foremost I found this game randomly when I was bored and i'm now thinking in what video of smg4 it appears in but im getting off topic.

I finished the game 3 times (1 bad ending where I didn't eat in the strip club, the good ending and the true ending) but I will only talking about the good and true ending.

The game is very charming. Shreks's character is funny and interesting, though it still could have been built better. The main character could have been better built too but their both interesting and have good chemistry.

There could have been more scenes and more enconters between them, but the existing ones are fine. The post office works well as an introduction but is very lackluster. The train/Comic-Con also works well as an intruduction to Shrek.I didn't reeally find the strip club nor interesting nor funny (I honestly was weirded out by the vomit and the weirdness) and shrek's house was a fun way to close the game (in the good ending).

Now the true ending is a whole diferent can of worms. If you are reading this and haven't gotten it, go get it blind. It was sweet seeing them go to the furry convention together, but it wasn't very clear who killed te main character and why. It was overall very unexpected and weird.

Now it avoided this next topic because i wanted to dive in it with more detail: the visuals. Shrek's design was really good, and the background were a creative way of making stock photo's (or maybe just real photos that you wanted to blur) yours. But I still have something that I want to critique:

-Names: It kinda got confusing reading the story because I sometimes got the people mixed up. An easy (and pretty) way of changing this would be to assign a colour to each character.

-Sound: There could have been a bigger musical library to give more expression to the scenes

-Images: The biggest complain I have. I belive may scenes could have had more value to them if there were more images that showed what was happening. You definitly could have shrek, for example, show the costume that Shrek gives you. Simple things like this end up piling up and counting in the long run.

So, to conclude my thesis of a review, the game has some rough edges but it's still very fun and enjoyable! :)
